About Heirloom Cookie Sheets

Heirloom Cookie Sheets

Welcome to my family, literally.  Heirloom Cookie Sheets is truly a symbolic testament to my family history.  Let me explain...

In 1981, my father purchased a metal fabricating company.  He designed heavy-duty solid stainless steel cookie sheets for my mom.  It wasn't but a couple months and she begged him to make her more!  Her love to bake kept growing and before long, she was making 20 different kinds of cookies for Christmas.  Those cookies became tradition in our family and eventually many of our friends' families.

Every year, she began baking in September, making 6-8 batches of each kind.  We had two freezer chests that were filled to the brim as Christmas neared.  I remember, as a little girl, my sister and I had the overwhelming job of filling the "cookie gift boxes."  Under the careful scrutiny of mom, we lined up all 20 kinds of cookies on a HUGE table and filled the boxes, making sure that each box had at least a dozen of each kind.

When I got married, dad, of course, proudly made me a set of eight cookie sheets (he had a tendency to go above and beyondJ)  Within a couple of years, we started a family and were blessed with identical twin girls.  Like any new mom, I began to focus more on the importance of making wholesome food and buying safe products.  I slowly filled our kitchen with stainless steel cookware and bakeware, and began to realize that no one even came close to making as good of a cookie sheet as my dad made.   My mother's cookie sheets, after 33 years of use and thousands of cookies later, still look amazing!

I continued to use my cookie sheets faithfully and created my own traditions with our girls.  Realizing that my dad had really made something special for our family, I decided to honor him and recreate what I now call... the Heirloom Cookie Sheet.

Baking as a family continues to be a fundamental activity in our home.  I encourage you to "bake your own memories, one batch at a time!"

"The Heirloom Cookie Sheet works exactly as I was told it would…even-baking and no burnt cookie bottoms! My wife and I are looking forward to using it more as we near the Christmas season." ~ Craig

"Got my sheets today! I am very happy with the quality and just made my first batch. Very happy with my purchase! I am proud to buy from a Made in the USA, woman-owned company!" ~ Carolyn

"I used my Heirloom today and thought it was great! My son even said the cookies were ‘perfect’!
I never expected such a compliment from my son and let me tell you, it was the best compliment ever! Thank you so much!!" ~ Mary Ann

"I do a lot of experimental baking and had a batch of cookie dough ready. I baked the cookies on my new Heirloom sheet and on two other sheets, one was stainless, the other was a non stainless sheet with a clear non-stick finish and has gotten great reviews on the internet. The Heirloom sheet outperformed both of the others, especially the non-stick sheet which produced cookies that were overbrowned on the bottom. The Heirloom sheet produced cookies that were the same degree of brown on the tops and bottoms. I did not use parchment and I did not grease the sheets–the cookies came right off and there was not much residue to clean up. I love baking on stainless and hope Heirloom expands their line of bakeware. To add icing to the cake, these cookie sheets are “Made in USA”. I will be a repeat customer!" ~ Kathy
